Ziqitza Health Care signs Emergency Medical Ambulance Services contract with National Health Mission, Madhya Pradesh - Rollout of Statewide Services under Ziqitza by end of 2016 – September, 2016: Ziqitza Health Care Ltd (ZHL), one of India’s leading emergency medical service provider, today formalised the agreement with the Madhya Pradesh Government to operate and manage the Emergency Medical Ambulance Services (EMAS) in the State. To facilitate easier access to EMAS for people of Madhya Pradesh, the Government has decided to combine all the emergency services – SANJEEVANI EXPRESS and JANANI EXPRESS - under one helpline 108 and health helpline under 104 under a single operator. Madhya Pradesh has become the first Indian State to get an integrated emergency medical services. We are also committed to retaining and retraining current crew members who are found eligible as per the new parameters laid down by the Government for the Integrated DIAL 108 . We hope to commence our ambulance services in the next few weeks”, Naresh Jain added. As a part of the agreement, Ziqitza Health Care will work with the state government to provide comprehensive pre-hospital emergency services where they will operate around 1500 ambulances across the state.
