Shashank Vyas’s new avatar for Jana Na Dil se Door Television’s one of the most sought after duo, actors Shashank Vyas and Smita Bansal, who were well known for their role in Balika Vadhu, are now all set to enter STAR Plus’s popular show Jana Na Dil se Door. Where the on screen mother-son duo are thrilled to be working together again as the same mother-son pair, actor Shashank Vyas is more exhilarated about the brand new avatar he will be entering in for the show. Shashank will be touted as Ravish, a simple boy with an army background, who is a soldier by profession. This character requires for Shashank to be in army attire, with typical soldier cut hair and a mustache which changes the actor’s look completely. The actor is very excited to be performing this character. The look he has to be in for the character is also completely different from his previous roles and he will be seen in a completely new avatar for the show. As electrified as he is to play the character of a soldier he is more excited to be in their shoes and see the world from a different perspective. Shashank’s brand new avatar has inspired him even more to be entering the show as an army man. “A new journey has begun in my life with Jana Na Dil Se Door and I already love it so far. With the new character and the new avatar in new show, it feels great to get an opportunity to play such a character of a soldier. Even to step in their shoes look-wise is a different experience and I love every bit of it.I was required to cut short my hair and grow a moustache for the character and it’s an unexplainable feeling. Of course its very nice to have Smita Ji around and that to as my mother again. I already feel very welcomed and I can’t wait to see where this journey will take me” says Shashank.
